Well taking anything in limit isn't really bad,But when you out of the limit that can be a little bad for the health.Its better not to eat these type of things.Having food which is healthy nutritionally is better than that.

Having the same food everyday in excessive amount can be bad for the health.Protein is necessary when it comes to training but access of everything is bad as we all know.So prefer natural sources of getting protein rather then getting by supplements etc.

Make a plan which you can easily follow,Have raw fruits or juices in the morning as breakfast.You can also have fruit shakes. Have vegetables in boiled or grilled form in the lunch is very healthy.Take something light in the dinner like chicken a little soup or something like that take a cup of milk...

Yeah sure for staying healthy the important thing is to concentrate on what you eat,i mean eating the correct diet is required for making yourself physically fit.
Making exercise or other physical activities a part of daily exercise is also necessary for being healthy.
