Well....
Good health is very essential for all ages people from childhood to old age. Some best instructions are mention here, follow it for getting good health.Drink at least 8-9 glasses everyday, avoid Smoking and alcohol, take a healthy sleep in the night, don't eat more sugary, spicy, oily and junk foods. And the last but not the least make a habit for daily exercise.

Good health is necessary for all ages. A lot of good instructions are mentioned here. You can follow it to get the best results. Drink 8-9 glasses of water every day. Don’t smoke or intake alcohol in a large amount. Get a sound sleep at night. Don’t eat junk foods.

Poor nutrition can increase risk of heart disease. Eat ur superfoods like blueberries, salmon, spinach, bananas, berries, green tea, broccoli, nuts & vegetables
