HI Everyone Hope You all doing good... im 16 , 5'6 i have a little belly but im skinny fat i want to lose the fat as i have started intensive boxing training
is there any good diet you could sample for me?

IF your primary goal is to use boxing as your preferred form of cardio to lose body fat, then i would suggest outrigth adding a stregth training routine since your focus will likely steer you more away from time devoted to more lengthly functional boxing stregth workouts for strength High Performance Handbook Review http://www.leahsfitness.com/the-high-pe ... ok-review/
