Hi, I was wondering if anybody had any healthy breakfast suggestions? nhac chuong hay

This morning I had a fritatta, I got the recipe off of the Channel 4 website and it was really nice. :))

Create emergency packs filled with healthy foods such as nuts fruits or sliced vegetables to help you avoid unhealthy temptations.
