Need help with skin care?

Hi,
Help - I have combination skin: dry/oily. I also have a problem with medium sized pores & blackhead in my nose area. Are there any products out there that will help with these problem? I've tried drug store brands, Clinique & Proactiv. My dermotologist even suggested Differin & changing my birth control. I don't have break outs, that's for sure! But nothing seems to help - genetics suck. :'( Any recommendations?
