I am a beautician cum marketer at Leeds local cosmetic company Call Lane Aesthetics. We offer anti-wrinkle Botox Leeds services and many customers ask for skin care diets and food. If you have some recommendation of natural herbs then please suggest me.

Fatty fish. Fatty fish, such as salmon, mackerel, and herring, are excellent foods for healthy skin
