The most common reason for the hair loss or hair thinning problems is hormonal imbalance, other than this can be incorrect eating habits. Choice of unhealthy food also causes hair thinning problems. Following are some of the food that should not consume to prevent hair loss problems:

* Sugar: According to the researchers, the sugar causes the inflammation. The food like potatoes, bread, etc easily break into sugar and causes the same effect in our body.

* Fried Food: The fat-rich food also triggers hair loss problems, that further causes the male pattern baldness in both men and women.

* High amounts of Vitamin A: Vitamin A is good in the multivitamins but as an individual supplement, it affects the hair health.
But somehow, if you are suffering from severe hair loss or baldness problems, then surgical treatment of hair transplant is best for you.

Your diet is hugely important to the health of your hair, and in some cases, nutrition alone can be the cause of hair loss.
