I tried before South Beach Diet, you really have to give 100% discipline for you to lose weight.I admit it's really hard. I lose weight for 2weeks for following the tips and proper diet base on the book. Phase 1 is really hard, I must admit it but as what I've said patience, discipline you will achieve your goal.:)

It's one of the famous diet nowadays though I guess this one needs a consultation before you actually do it. What if this is not appropriate for you so better to consult a doctor first. Healthy body is achieved through right diet and great exercise.

The pre-made meals from the south beach diet are pretty expensive, your better off buying your food from the supermarket and making your own meals. Bit more of a pain but you will save a lot of money that way.

Like this diet there is also one another diet who are offering meat balls to their customers so that the customer can easily prepare the food at the time of emergency. They serve ready made food packets to the customers and this meatballs are easy to cook within 15 mins of time. It don't take much time to cook and it also taste good.
