no benefit from exercise

Postby georrgyutss » Sun Oct 07, 2012 2:54 am

Well I dont think I did either

I went from 220 to 190 over about 6 months without any exercise at all. When I started plateauing at 190 for awhile I added in a group exercise class a few times a week that was an interval based combination cardio/resistance format so similar to what I understand the Supercharged exercise program looks like. I did that for about 6 months I think until I found heated power vinyasa yoga and that has been my only "exercise" since May of 05. I shoot for 3-5 times a week with that, but now that I am also teaching it and have another part time job, its just harder to fit in more than 3 times a week it seems and I can still maintain at that level. But Im probably abnormal that way In addition to a few more we dont need to go into here

Research has confirmed that any amount of exercise, at any age, is beneficial. And, in general, the more you do, the greater the benefits. The National Academy of Sciences has recommended that everyone strive for a total of an hour per day of physical activity. Sounds like a lot, but the hour can be made up of several shorter bursts of activity (it can be walking, gardening, even heavy housecleaning) done throughout the day.

Physical activity is an essential part of any weight-loss program, to maximize your fat loss while keeping valuable muscle mass. But exercise has many other health and longevity benefits.

You know exercise is good for you. Here are just a few of the health issues you can prevent by moving more.It reduces your risk of the common cold. A consistent, medium-intensity routine is a proven cold-stopper. Taking a brisk, 40-minute walk 4 days a week, for example, can cut the number of colds you experience by 25 to 50 percent and can make the colds you do catch shorter by half, studies show. Moderate exercise boosts the number and activity level of important immune-system players called natural killer cells.

Exercise is vital to health, period -- mental or otherwise. So make your cells happy & exercise. Feed those cells what they require for optimum energy. Let those cells rest every night. After awhile, those cells will jump out of bed, prepared for the day, enthusiastic. The lymph technique will love you. In fact, small capillaries will be created & spread throughout the body making oxygen delivery a piece of cake. You'll have energy to think. Who can think when their energy is spent? When you are worn out you make mistakes. Energetic people exercise. more detail check this joey atlas Scam - ship program

Physical exercise is any bodily activity that enhances or maintains physical fitness and overall health and wellness. It is performed for various reasons, including strengthening muscles and the cardiovascular system, honing athletic skills, weight loss or maintenance, and merely enjoyment. Frequent and regular physical exercise boosts the immune system and helps prevent the "diseases of affluence" such as heart disease, cardiovascular disease, Type 2 diabetes, and obesity
